Acceptable Use Policy

A User may not use the Services to transmit, distribute, or store any content or material, or to engage in any activity, for any purpose or in any manner that:

2.1. is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate;

2.2. violates, infringes, or otherwise misappropriates the rights of others, including, without limitation, any privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights;

2.3. advocates, promotes, or facilitates illegal or unlawful activity;

2.4. stalks, harasses, threatens, or otherwise harms any individual, including minors;

2.5. impersonates any person or entity, or falsely represents or misrepresents a User’s or Client’s affiliation with any person or entity.

A User may not access or use the Services, or any infrastructure, systems, or software made available in connection with the Services (collectively, the “Infrastructure”), in any manner that:

3.1. modifies, alters, adapts, translates, tampers with, or creates derivative works of any software or component included in the Services;

3.2. except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory applicable Law, reverse engineers, disassembles, or decompiles the Services, Infrastructure, or any software included therein;

3.3. accesses or uses the Services in a manner intended to avoid incurring fees, bypass payment obligations, or exceed applicable usage limits, quotas, or restrictions;

3.4. interferes with, disrupts, degrades, or otherwise adversely affects the Services or the use of the Services by any other user;

3.5. uses any automated, high-volume, or programmatic means (including robots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, or similar data gathering or extraction methods) to access the Services, the Infrastructure, or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected thereto (each, a “System”), except as expressly authorized in writing by NCG;

3.6. accesses, connects to, monitors, or communicates with any System for which the Client or User does not have express authorization, including, without limitation, any activity that:

• monitors or crawls a System in a manner that impairs or disrupts such System;

• conducts or attempts to conduct denial-of-service attacks;

• intentionally interferes with the proper functioning of any System, including any deliberate attempt to overload a System by any means;

• operates or makes available open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive domain name servers;

• uses any manual or automated means to circumvent or bypass usage limitations, access controls, or storage restrictions imposed on a System;

3.7. distributes, publishes, sends, or facilitates unsolicited or unauthorized mass communications, including bulk e-mail, promotions, advertising, solicitations, or informational announcements;

3.8. alters, forges, obscures, or falsifies mail headers, routing information, or sender identity, or otherwise impersonates or assumes the identity of another sender without explicit authorization.

Neronov Consulting Group (“NCG”) is not responsible for, and does not control, any content, data, or information created, stored, maintained, transmitted, or made accessible by Users or Clients through the Services, other than content expressly provided by NCG. NCG has no obligation to monitor the Services or to exercise any editorial control over such content.

Without limiting the foregoing, and while not obligated to investigate, NCG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, to:

• investigate any actual or suspected violation of this AUP or misuse of the Services;

• investigate, prevent, or remediate security threats, fraud, or other illegal, malicious, or inappropriate activities;

• remove, restrict, disable access to, or modify any content, data, or resource that NCG reasonably believes violates this AUP;

• suspend or terminate a User’s access to or use of the Services for any use that violates this AUP.

NCG may report any activity that it reasonably suspects violates applicable Laws to appropriate law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other relevant third parties. Such reporting may include the disclosure of relevant User or Client information. NCG may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other third parties in the investigation or prosecution of alleged unlawful conduct, including by providing network, system, or usage information related to such conduct, to the fullest extent permitted by Law.

Nothing in this AUP shall limit or waive any rights or remedies available to NCG at law or in equity.

Neronov Consulting Group (“NCG”) may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time in its sole discretion. NCG will post notice of any material changes to this AUP on its website at https://neronov.com/acceptable-use-policy/.

If a User does not agree to any modification of this AUP, the User’s sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Services. Continued access to or use of the Services following the posting of changes to this AUP constitutes the User’s acknowledgement of, and agreement to be bound by, the revised AUP.
