Map AS-IS processes, design TO-BE processes, gather business requirements, and coordinate testing.
Own template release plan (functionality release schedule) for Go-Lives and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for transition from APO to OMP.
Being a part of development squad for completion of user stories, writing test-scripts and support business experts with user acceptance tests; working in Agile methodology (retrospective, backlog, stand-ups, etc.).
Being in charge of designing and implementation of various functionalities in OMP, such as:
– line schemes, pyramids, conflicts and dashboards setup,
– heuristics and RAC solvers,
– integration of MRP Areas,
– selective loading of machines,
– data partitioning/parallel saving in OPR,
– global multi-user setup (OPR/SOP/FCT),
– aligned process on SOP-OPR monthly/weekly buckets,
– implementation of tank planning,
– creation of process for business unit specific GUI assignments,
– inbound quota assignment,
– Dispatcher monitoring procedures for Key Users,
and many other.
