This Privacy Policy explains how Neronov Consulting Group (“NCG”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”).

Purpose: ensuring proper operation, security, and functionality of the website
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller

Purpose: responding to inquiries and maintaining business communication
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR

c) Recruitment processes

Purpose: conducting current recruitment processes
Legal basis:

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the data subject

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken prior to entering into an employment or cooperation agreement

  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – where processing is required by applicable labour law

Depending on the purpose, the Company may process the following categories of personal data:

  • identification data (e.g. name, surname),

  • contact details (e.g. email address, phone number),

  • professional data (e.g. education, qualifications, employment history),

  • any other information voluntarily provided by the data subject.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide certain data may prevent the Company from responding to an inquiry or conducting a recruitment process.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data are not disclosed to third parties, except where required by applicable law.
Access to personal data is granted only to authorised persons acting on behalf of the Company.

Personal data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data are stored only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected, including:

  • for the duration of recruitment processes,

  • for periods required by applicable law.

After the relevant retention period, personal data are deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,

  • request erasure of personal data,

  • restrict the processing of personal data,

  • object to the processing of personal data,

  • data portability,

  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates GDPR provisions.

In Poland, the competent supervisory authority is:
President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Personal data are not processed using automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
